How to file a Title VI complaint with Scott County Transit System, Inc.:

  • To obtain a Title VI complaint form, call 573-472-3030. We can fax or mail a copy of the form.

  • In addition to the complaint process at Scott County Transit, complaints may be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration, Office of Civil Rights, Region VII, 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20590.

  • Complaints must be filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence and should contain as much detailed information about the alleged discrimination as possible.
